DING, DING, DING! You win. They consider the states with the greatest percentage of white the "most livable" and the ones with the greatest percentage of blacks are considered the worst. It's curious that the one state with the highest percentage of whites is the "most livable" with the one with the highest percentage of blacks is the "least livable." This is yet again another example of liberal racism. Liberals actually can't stand to live near minorities no matter what they say during elections or in public.
