Arlen Sphencter couldn't(didn't want to) help Bush in 2000 with Ridge as Gov. and Sphencter with Rendull won't help Bush in 2004. Bush has a better chance of winning PA. with Toomey and an energized base, than with Sphencter, any day.

What an ignorant statement. Bush lost with Santorum on the ticket in 2004. And he's just as conservative as Toomey. A Toomey win will only energize the Dem base. I could care less about that though since Bush already won office without PA.
