41,000 in a race of 1,100,000 (over 3%) is a lot of ground to make up in a recount.
Pennsylvania is a lost cause for conservatives this time around; about the best we can there do now is keep it from going RAT in everything INCLUDING name. Wisconsin, however, is a different story (we're still vetting the candidates, and the primary isn't until September).

I think it's going to be an announcement that he and Tom McClintock are going to go on a "Frustrated Conservative Losers, 2004" summer speaking tour. The highlight of the show will be a rousing rendition of "Wouldn't it be nice..." Should be a rousing good time. Bring the kids.
