I watched it several times.

Actually, it was pretty dark and blurry on my screen. The critical gory part was not in focus or discernable clearly.

And I kept the sound off.

I have typically avoided horror movies. Reality is horrific enough.

But I want to insure that I will be able to deal with such things when they are happening to the right and left of me and I have to walk straight ahead without flinching.

Of course, even with my best prep, it will still take THE GRACE OF GOD, no doubt.

Absolutely. I also recall that just after 9/11 one of the government agencies, maybe the FBI, reported that the terrorists used "pictures" that were sent via the internet to convey hidden message to Al-Quaida. It seems that these pictures were imbeded with underlying images, maps, etc.

When searching Alexey's name on Google, I searched under the Web...News...and Groups. When I searched under Groups his name showed up on searches for hundreds of sites where he had posted in Russian (I think it was Russian). Prior to his UMass position, he held a position at a university in Israel. This could all be conjecture, but trying to go back to sites that were available only minutes before and not being able to enter, or having a message that says the site is "no longer available" is crazy.

It just struck me on reading yet again the

gathering the elect "from one end of Heaven to the other"

that the phrase COULD conceivably include endless galaxies etc.

FBI Warns of Secondary Explosive Devices

WASHINGTON — Terrorists may use secondary explosive devices to kill and injure emergency personnel responding to an initial attack, the FBI has warned law enforcement agencies throughout the country.

In its weekly bulletin sent late Wednesday, obtained by Fox News, the FBI (search) cautioned police officers and others to carefully watch their surroundings.

"These devices may be hidden in everyday objects such as vehicles, briefcases, flower pots or garbage cans, or can be sequential suicide attacks in the same locations, and are generally detonated less than one hour after initial attack, targeting first responders as well as the general population," the bulletin said.

The FBI specifically mentioned the May 5 bombing of a police station in Athens (search), during which three timed explosive devices were used. The third bomb exploded almost half an hour after the first two, "in what authorities believe was an attempt to injure police officers and emergency personnel responding to the scene."

The FBI said it possesses no specific information of any planned terrorist attacks in the United States, but noted that law enforcement agencies should remain alert to the use of these types of secondary devices.

"Public safety personnel responding to the scene of a bombing incident are recommended to conduct an immediate search of areas established as staging areas for the investigation," the FBI said.

"Any suspicious items discovered during the search should be isolated, the staging area relocated and bomb squad personnel requested to investigate the item."

Jeremy Reynalds' "GlobalIslamicMedia1" Yahoo! group has been receiving copies of the NetSky virus lately. This is the only Yahoo! group I subscribe to that is being attacked like this. There is no apparent danger since the Yahoo! virus filters prevent the attachments from being downloaded; even though the filters do not prevent the malicious messages from being posted and forwarded to the individual members.
