So? Who knows who goofed? My whole point was that things like that lower morale. Everybody is waiting to go in and kick hiney, then .....
Think what would have happened if we were on the border again ready to go in and President Bush had said, "Wait, we're sending in the inspectors one more time."

Where have we all heard the- take and pull out and retake military strategy before?
Why would Bush make such a decision and not the field commanders?
He is not micromanaging this war …right?
