Oh man! A company gave money to a political campaign?

Heaven forbid that the most qualified contractors ever support issues that affect them.
Heck, if GOPcapitalist wants to ban "corporate free speech", we can start by restricting what corrupt global companies like WalMart, Ford, GM, Archer-Daniels, PepsiCo, oil companies and financial institutions, etc, etc. donate to the Cato Institute.

Gag 'em all. Stop the corrupt corporate propaganda once and for all!!!

Good "find", GOPcapitalist!
We gotta root out this corruption whereever it rears its ugly head.
Thank goodness you're so vigilant. </sarcasm>

What makes you think that STV is the most qualified, Willie? Most politically connected, sure. But they bungled Phase I and had to resort to political peddling to get Phase II...not exactly the measure of "qualification" one usually looks for.

Where did I say to ban corporate free speech? That's right. Nowhere. I did say that STV had a blatant CONFLICT OF INTEREST in contributing to a political referendum PAC - not a candidate mind you but a referendum PAC - that was advocating a bond from which it was virtually guaranteed to directly benefit.

Your tu quoquery makes a pretty lousy, albeit unwavering, case for STV's corrupt bargaining. Plunkitt would be proud of you.
