Funny auto story. Back in 1994 in an economics class in college I had a very left wing professor. He went on a rambling lecture about "buy American, buy American" and talked a good deal about buying American cars.
After his rant I raised my hand and he called upon me. I asked him "Is it better to buy an American car such as Ford or Chrysler made in Canada, or a Japanese car like Nissan built in America? And secondly, after your lenghty talk about buying American, why do you drive a BMW?"
Did he belive this when he bought and drove for 10 years a Italian Ducati motorcycle? Just recently he sold it and his wife's trust fund bought that wild and crazy youth a Harley, which he appeared on the Leno show with.
How do you say 'Fip flop' in Italian?
