handwriting experts have confirmed that a single person will never sign a signature the EXACT way twice. This is a rubber stamp. The question is if the rubber stamp makes it legit in this case.

don't think so...........i have 2 Navy Commendation & 1 Navy Achievement, all signed by JL and they are all unique...the "loop on the J" looks the same but his last name is different, specfic to the "n"...each one I have is either shorter or longer...
