The Saudis aren't about to attack Israel and risk what Israel or the US would do in retaliation.

Yeah, I want to fly in anything, much less a high performance combat aircraft, maintained by a Saudi.

I've seen the folks in action and I'm not sure they can maintain public sewers without foriegn help.
