That's a matter of taste, not law. It was a good question: according to current law, why shouldn't they be allowed to do so if church bells are allowed?
I heard a good idea last night on a zoning law that could pass constitutional muster: ban electrically amplified sounds above a certain loudness. That would be religion-neutral. However, it would allow bells but make the Muslims go old-time and have their guy shouting from the minaret, which wouldn't be as loud as the speakers.
