Letting MS slide because something similar occurred in 2002 is scraping the bottom of the barrel of excuses.

I'm not talking about "letting him slide because something similar occurred in 2002". The problem is that the court has a habit of sitting on Terri's cases for very long periods of time; if someone filed a new guardianship motion today, and it didn't get consolidated into the existing one, it would probably not get heard until 2006.

So, for this reason Terri's pro bono Round Table should refrain from filing motions before the court each and every time MS and or his legal team violates prior judicial findings regarding guardian administration, Florida statutes/regulations and the federal Americans with Disabilities Act????

Tell that to Terri and her family.

As for me, Terri's Round Table has been in first gear from the get-go.
