who: Who was the requestor? Who decided the teeth needed to be removed? Who performed the extractions ( if not her own dentist )? Who was present at the time of the oral surgery? Who has responsibility for Terri's current dental records?

what: What was the condition of the teeth in question? What teeth did the oral surgeon remove? when: When was the request made? When did the requestor first learn of the need for dental attention? When did the oral surgeon extract the teeth?

where: Where was the oral surgery performed? Where are Terri's current dental records?

why: Why were the teeth removed ( lack of oral hygiene?, lack of gum exercise? )

I'm assuming Michael Schiavo or Terri's current attending physician ordered this, but the fax did not make it clear. Nor did it make clear the condition of her mouth, who performed the extraction, when it was requested or anything else. It was a vague notification of the extraction after the fact and nothing further was given to her family.

I'm assuming that the lack of dental attention over the past 10 years that the Schindlers have been complaining about in court is the cause of the problem.

The Schindlers have tried to get more information via their attorneys, but nothing is forthcoming.
