[Rosalind Matosatos, South Florida staff lawyer for the American Civil Liberties Union, said children do have the right to distribute literature in school. However, the common test used in school districts and courtrooms is whether the literature will cause a disruption in school.]
In the eyes of liberal educrats, anything remotely conservative is a disruption.

Brave kids.
Debra Heinkel, the children's mother, said Benjamin's first-period teacher told him he would be serving a lunchtime detention on Monday because his shirt violated Cypress Lake Middle's dress code policy. The policy states children cannot wear T-shirts, Debra Heinkel said.
Should've printed it on a burqua. Really give 'em fits.

"Steele ruled Wednesday said that Michelle could not pass out anti-abortion literature at school in part because she had not asked for permission herself. Freedom to Learn leaders made the requests last year and this year in January before the girl filed suit."
If the obove is true, it would seem that the young lady doesn't have standing in her action.

Don't worry, condoms are still being distributed and taught how to be used in the classroom and EARTH DAY is coming!! They all can go out there and thank mother earth for their lives and pray to combine all religions as we are all one people on one planet earth. Gaia will be very proud of our school children.

BUt it's okay to have Gay STraight Alliance meetings even when it is offensive to the religion of others. Or have Planned parenthood scoop up kids and taken them there to have them fitted for diaframs WITHOUT the permission of the parents because "it's a secret" and kids need space from parents. And explicit classes on birth control and sex. Or Bible studies not allowed since that might offend our better sensibilities.
