I always have trouble when listening to the more exciting filmscores... John Williams' Star Wars and Indiana Jones scores in particular. John Barry's music tends to be much more soothing.
Carmina Burana and The Rite of Spring are other favorites. And the Richard Strauss tone poems.

Speaking of film scores, how about the music in the beginning of "Conan" when James Earl Jones' army is riding through the woods to attack Conan's clan? Good, violent driving music!
In fact, that whole score was pretty neat.
