I just heard the same thing on our local news in San Diego about 3 minutes after you posted this...I looked on all the cable stations and must have just missed it on Fox...I was wondering if I had misheard, but in the time it took me to make my post to the Threat Matrix thread, when I got back into latest posts I saw this thread...so I'm glad to know someone else heard it too and it wasn't just a local news station saying it!

An Arab television network has aired an audiotape said to be from Osama Bin Laden in which he offers Europe a truce if it stops attacking Muslims.
However in the tape, aired by the al-Arabiya satellite channel on Thursday, the voice reportedly said the truce would not be extended to the US.

The authenticity of the tape could not be immediately verified.

I find it interesting on the BBC website it says he mentions Israel and that Al-qaeda will retaliate for the killing of Yassin. I don't believe Al-Qaeda has ever launched and attack on Israel.
