I know that AAR is seeking an injunction against the holding company's taking AAR off the air

I'm not a legal expert but if the initial report of "unpaid bills" is true, what is so illegal about pulling the plug?

I don't see how anyone can be expected to uphold a contract if the basic monies are not being exchanged...

Ah yes--liberals are so used to paying for things with other people's money (usually the taxpayerss) that it is a cruel reality check when they are expected to cover checks.

Hey AL--if you havn't cashed that intial pay check yet, hope you are eating at Teresa's tonight.
