They are heads of terrorist organizations, just like Arafat is, heading the Palestine Liberation Organization, just like Osama headed Al Queda.

Though I see similarities between Arafat and Mullah Omar as well, in terms of the kind of regime and the fact it harbors terrorists as well.

The US is just being hypocritical. They have called in the past for the capture or killing of terrorist leaders.
