Answer - We took care of a threat, the same threat that Congress and the UN saw. We went to the UN, either you take care of him or we will. Regarding WMDs, there's some "interesting findings" from the team that just came back, including a capability to produce chem, bio weapons (side note; no mention in the press about that).
