Couldn't stop, had to hit this.

Baloney. You have been intimating that you are at deaths door and your job prospects are so limited that this job is the last chance you had

I did no such thing. I was diagnosed with what my physician properly relayed to me as "a terminal disease" that as you noted usually operates within a 10 year timeframe tops. Thus that is the language I use. what you make of it is your own fault. And I didn't intimate that this job was the only chance I had; but given I'm 4 years into the time frame and progressing, the likelyhood of me building back a life that will handle it in the longterm isn't good. But I'm sure it would be nothing for you.

ONLY if you don't stop the activity 99.999% of the time smoking. You are a fraud. It is no wonder you are out of a job. Now about your home that burned down. You said you had no insurance. Did you have a mortgage on it? If so was the home in foreclosure due to your lack of insurance that ALL mortgage holders require?

I was diagnosed with what my physician properly relayed to me as "a terminal disease"

It is an Insurance term as follows

Terminal Illness Life Insurance Benefit
If you are eligible for Group Term Life Insurance, you have a Terminal Illness Life Insurance Benefit. When diagnosed with a terminal illness (defined as a life expectancy of 12 months or less), you can receive early payment of 50% of your eligible life insurance benefit, to a maximum of $50,000. If you have been diagnosed with a terminal illness, contact the Office of Human Resources Customer Service Center immediately to apply for this benefit. When death occurs, the remaining life insurance benefit amount will be paid to the designated beneficiary(ies).
