My understanding is that it is a terminal illness, it's just variable in the time it takes to get you there. I didn't say I was dying tomorrow. Breathing gets tough in high humidity. If I get a cold the slightest stress can make me hyperventilate. It affects my memory because of the oxygen deprivation. And my extremities go numb in warm weather - good circulation; but, not enough oxygen.

Like I said, it's progressed; but, I'll probably make it another 6 years based on what I was told. Would be nice going out being able to afford the healthcare I will need later; but, I'm an evil thief and a robber for wanting to keep my job according to many here. I will make it somehow. I always do. That does'nt change the fact that what is being done isn't right. And if those of us it's already happened to don't defend the rest, it will keep happening to more and more people. If it were just about me, I'd shut up. It isn't and I therefore speak. It's obvious most here only care about themselves. Somebody has to care about Americans - it's obvious my fellow republicans here are split on the issue of whether it's better to take care of Americans or say screw everyone, where's the profits.

Baloney. You have been intimating that you are at deaths door and your job prospects are so limited that this job is the last chance you had. So don't try to backtrack now. Terminally ill is an insurance term meaning death within in a year.

Then just shut up already!

There are more IT jobs out there, right now, for qualified Americans, with good works habits, who don't lie on their resumes, for great pay, than there have been for the past year and 1/2!

You brought up the " lazy eye" thing. Were you born with it? If so, why didn't your parents get it fixed?

You aren't terminally ill at all. You are ill ( unless that is yet another lie),but you expect that your employer give you FREE health insurance. WHY IS THAT? You are NOT "owed" health insurance and lots of people have to pay for their own health insurance.

There are many FREEPERS who are more seriously ill than you, yet they NEVER complain on threads.

At 35, it is long past time that you grew up!

Look you are starting to really piss me off. If you were at that stage you would be carrying around an oxygen bottle and not an inhaler. What is your O2 saturation on room air?
