Obviously the press are a bunch of liberal screw worms, however, it was very painful to watch.
He seemed to be unfocused, lost, unprepared, and drifting on several occasions. Only the blind and deaf, or those with a political agenda could not see it, or would not admit it.
The problem here is when someone makes a comment or steps out of formation, in the slightest, and says something that does not fall into what the mob repeats over and over, we'll they are fair game. It's like waving an Israeli flag at an Ali Baba worship fest in downtown Baghdad. You'll get wolfpacked.
Amazing. I saw a President that told us what he felt and how he saw his duty to the country. Not tired, not fancy, not phony. A man with the toughest job in the world, doing it with a pure purpose. The great communicator Clinton, lied to us, betrayed us and made the presidency an exercise in vanity. He never looked tired or searching for words. Those words poured out of him, albeit with with no meaning or heart. You have a right to your perception. I am just amazed of how differently I perceived this press conference.
Thanks for that. I professionally conduct interviews of people in my occupation, and that was just my take on it. I've been wrong before, but for me, he seemed slightly lost, and not ready or prepared.
