You could have Slick Willy or Kerry who never met a question that they really answered. They are smooth but just talk around the question and never answer it.

Yes. I think this is a plus, in some ways, and I'm hoping when compared to Kerry who is an eloquent sanctamonious bag of wind..it will work in Bush's favor.
