We had an intern where I worked who was named Rhea Gauna. She must've hated roll call.

Savage wants nothing less than a WAR against all Muslims. Sorry, that ain't my bag and it isn't what this nation signed up for. I don't believe that Islam is a "religion of peace," but neither is Buddhism or Hinduism per se. Savage wants to take this country in a direction neither Bush, nor the majority of people (including a majority of conservatives) want to go. This is a war against competing world ideologies, not necessarily competing religious (and I agree that sometimes they come very close). But that's what Savage dislikes about Bush, and Bush ain't gonna play that game. Bush's game is called, WIN. Beat the bad guys.

I'm as anti-kerry as anyone. However, I can see Bush as his own worst enemy. Sorry that we have so many knee-jerk types here. So you think that Kerry's speaking style is something to write home about?

President George W. Bush:
president@whitehouse.gov Vice President Richard Cheney:
vice.president@whitehouse.gov THANK YOU for this post. I called. Spoke with a very nice person, told her exactly what I thought about the nasty, horrible, etc., press corp. She laughed and said she'd tell the President EXACTLY what I said. Also had told her I thought President BUsh did GREAT and answered all their stupid questions beautifully. God Bless America and God Bless President BUsh!!!!!!!!!

Read me.. KERRY IS AN AWFUL SPEAKER! But he doesn't NEED TO SPEAK
He can sit back and bash, and people WILL vote for him. Look at about 49% of the populace for evidence! Bury your head, but you need to understand reality.
To: Monty22
I'm just saying it'll hurt him in the elections. It's a tie race, he doesn't need any 'uhhs' to swing a few votes. PeriodI know what you're saying, I live in New England, home of the elitist, condescending snobs from both sides of the aisle.
What I'm saying is that you, Ma Richards, Jay Severin, the Kennedy Klan and Don Imus and the gang have thus far been wrong in your assessment of Dubyas speaking style vis a vis the votes he garners.
Vote for John Kerry, his speaking style is the epitomy of New England Condescension. He may be wrong on every issue but he uses less "uh's" and more "Ahems".

The Cuckold Ketchup boy is worse than Al Bore when it comes to speaking. Is Lurch gonna impress the American voters by speaking French? The dead ones (though they are already his most-reliable voters).

"The only thing I can fault with our President it that he always says he told the parents of the soldiers he would not let them die in vain....but in the reserve units, most are parents. I just find this terminology troubling.
Otherwise, he did great!"
We all have parents. I think his sentiment reaches the big extended families and friends of all of our beloved soldiers. The gut feeling that you can so easily feel in your own heart when President Bush talks of our soldiers is unmistakeably honest. This is why I first liked George W. Bush and why I love him today. I feel this is a man of true soul! He will not let any American soldier to die in vain. I like the plain talk. That is how I feel and talk too. I tell you it is not easy to live all your life in Massachusetts knowing the likes of Edward Kennedy and John F. Kerry even still exist in running the state I have lived my whole life. I have been waiting for this President to come along for a long time and I proudly cast my vote in November for a team of intelligent, caring individuals to continue to keep this country strong.
It is not complicated....Keep America safe! God Bless America and God continue to bless and watch over our beloved sons, daughters, husbands, wives, brothers, nephews, sisters, nieces, grandsons, grandaughters, grandfathers, grandmothers, friends and loved ones of friends and neighbors and many whose names we do not even know.

"I have been able to understand Bush and his communication skills because I have the exact same problem..."
Remember that Moses asked God not to choose him because he was slow of speech. It did not dissuade God from his purpose in choosing whom He would to fulfill His plan. I refer to President Bush as Moses which freaks out my liberal friends. It's more truth than a joke.

The results. Bush is asked why he failed. Bush did not give a justifiable position.
This will sink him. Pay close attention to the recaps on the news later tonight. You might actually hear the President's replies instead of your preconceptions.
Pres. Bush response was straight to the point - there was no 'failure' and nothing to apologize for.

What we all forget is that we're the choir - and elections are decided by the rear pulpits, the swing voters, the "moderates" who don't know what they want for breakfast.
It is these people, I believe, that the President's restrained presentation was geared to. Everybody, even dullard moderates, hates to see a sneering pack of hyenas go after somebody - and instinctually side with the one who holds their ground against them.
To: BigSkyFreeper
He is arrogant. His status as the #1 TV opinion show has long since gone to his head. Kudos to him: All of the Factor gear bucks go to charity.

think the next step up from Savage is Alex Jones ? I like Art Bell's view on the war, he's not afraid to use Black Helicopters and secret UFO technology if it helps. ;-)

Oh, you miss that charming, snake-oil salesman delivery of Slick Willie. I guess some people don't care if they are lied to as long as it's done well. I was totally happy with the sincerity and truth that radiated from the President when he spoke tonight. If I had a soldier in the war, I would be grateful that he is the commander-in-chief. He is right to count on the American people. They could see right through the enemy media tonight.
