But I didn't think you could wed in a Catholic church, unless you converted? No .. you can wed, but you can not have a high mass said at the wedding and you have to promise to raise your children in the catholic teaching
With that said .. some parishes are more strict on church rules then others

Nopers! A Catholic can marry a Protestant if they promise not to deny the Catholic's right to practice his or her religion.
