Pink Purple and Black dress today with the beautiful cross I wear that is near and dear to my heart and reminds me of what Jesus did today!

I wore a red dress with my promise cross necklace and Jan's cross, too. The cross has the colors of the rainbow, colors for the 12 disciples and a larger purple stone for majesty. I get a lot of comments from people who see it because it is unusual. Today was not as hard as I thought it would be. It is the first Sunday service since Jan died. I just could not face being in the sanctuary where her funeral was held. I received a lot of hugs which I appreciated very much. Today was a milestone for me.

my daughter age 12, looked adorable today in a new spring dress white and lavendar dress ( bought at Kohl's!!LOL)and white shoes. I wore a floral skirt and blazer. I love dressing up. America has lost the art.

I choose to wear black pants and a sweater set. It was not my original plan but it turned off very coled here on Easter Sunday. 39 degrees at Church time. The whole congregation was dressed different than we all would have planned but we got the same message. He is Risen Indeed!
