Others have mentioned our notables. I'd like to add a few more:
LS always offers excellent perspective. He's my favorite historian (after Victor Davis Hanson).
I wish I was half as witty as Petronski, and he's not always cranky.
Dan from Michigan knows his politics and his hockey. What more could you want?
Whatever Constitution Day writes is worth reading, trust me.
Dales and DrDeb will help me keep my sanity this fall, I hope. If you have any interest in polling, statistics, or electoral politics, watch their posts.

I have lots of favorites, but Dr. Silverback's Caption-a-Rama posts are great fun.

I'm just thrilled and proud just to be nominated in such an esteemed group:

Dan from Michigan knows his politics and his hockey. What more could you want? Well, he knows his beer, too. Go Bruins!
I'll add rrrrrrrrrrrrod, fieldmarshaldj, russianconservative -- and I think I have to add Constitution Day because I still feel bad about that homoerotic Roy Cooper crack I made a year ago.
That's the First Team -- not going to get into honorable mentions -- everyone else, you're #6.
