Yes. Clarke's memo was NOT a plan. And, it is not the ONLY memo he wrote, either.

Two main things:

Clark said he gave Condi a plan. Two, he said that Bush did not act on the plan that Clinton gave him. There was no plan in that instance either.

Thanks. The talk of perjury has all but disappeared. Most pundits seem to think that Clarke will be around to trouble President Bush throughout the election campaign. Part of me agrees with you that Condi's intelligence and demeanor shines through as the perfect foil to the dems low-life tactics, but another part of me really wanted to see Condi come out shooting with both barrells. Perhaps she is not the person to do it, but, who the heck IS?
