Terrorists are at war with us, but we are not at war with them. Country simply was not on a 'war footing'. Guy saying that there were failures... all kinds of issues leading up to 9-11. Doesn't that beg that there should have been more accountability- even resignations- that this was not done well enough?
Is he asking HER if she should have resigned?!?!?! Bush should have kicked out the Clinton leftovers. PERIOD.
