Of course we knew of the Al Quada threat...anyone in the international field knew. (Great rebuttal to Clarke's bitchy comment that Condi acted like she never heard of them)
Rice "We were quite cognizant of the threat.".
I love that she's not showing anger at Clarke, that she's refuting him, but in a most professional and brilliant manner...with facts.
