"She's presidential." Michael Savage doesn't think so....he thinks she isn't doing her job and should be replaced.

Richrad Clarke was only carried by the cable news networks,Clarke was carried on the networks.
We noted it on the live thread when he testified. Also Powell and Rumsfeld I think, but definitely Clarke. The networks wanted to present Clarke to America. Polls showed they came away thinking he was out to sell his book.

The 9/11 widows are already saying that the President should testify in public and under oath Not one BLEEPING WORD ABOUT CLINTON
Absolutely breathtaking.
I read the AP story earlier about Clinton and it was textbook sympathizing with him and presented the story in tones of assuring the reader that it was classified and private and he was fully forthcoming, so you, the public, don't worry as you can trust him. None of the outrageous rhetoric this current administration has to endure. The sly hints that the Bush administration is being deceitful and so on.
I have no problem with Clinton testafying to classified information privately as a matter of objective principle. But you just know he's helping craft the attack on the Bush people from behind the scenes.
I notice he didn't want to call attention to himself going before the committee either. My thought is he chose the timing knowing with the hoopla over Condi he'd slip in and slip out and the hyperventilating media would obligingly avert their eyes so as not to have to compare his meeting to the calls for Bush and Cheney to make public sworn testimony.
It's damned surreal. And today was about as bizarre as I've ever seen it.

>>If you would take the time to actually read Freerepublic you would realize that most freepers want our boarders protected now,<<
Yeah? Well when you going to get to it? After a few more 9-11 repeats? Streetfights in Iraq protecting our borders? Lets get the priorities straight first shall we??
>>and most thought that attacking Serbia was wrong<<
Good then you disagreed with our neo-CON President.
To: MrB
What's insane is not having our brave men defending our borders instead of dying playing cop in Iraq, The Balkans, wherever. What's coming across the border tonight while we lose guys in Iraqi streetfights? Do you know??

An interesting link, referring to comments on Michael Moore's website the week after 9/11. Kinda shows the mindset. I did an advanced search on two strings in Google, "kill democrats" and "kill republicans". Guess which one I got hits for?

You're exactly right. Those people were evacuating that building when that announcement was made; anybody who went back UP was an idiot, IMO. But don't mention that to the widow's. It's Bush's fault that he didn't take vague intel info and form a concrete idea of what was going to actually happen. But when concrete evidence was right in front of her husband's eye's and he ignored it, well we can't go there because that would be insensitive.

I mean, nobody could expect somebody who is actually in their office looking at the building 100 feet away with an AIRPLANE in it to think "Hey, maybe it might be a good idea to get out of here" now, could they?
Everybody in the country know that balls of flame is absolutely no reason at all to fear for your own life unless George W. Bush tells you so.

Good then you disagreed with our neo-CON President. If you mean that I disagreed with Clinton who attacked Serbs then YES. I think you are confusing two different presidents.
Do I agree with all of Bushes policies....Boarders, health care.....no way!
Do I realize he is the best thing for this country because the alternatives are gross, leave us unprotected, give our sovereignty away to the rest of the world...You bet!
Do I realize the loosertarians are a waste of a vote.... You bet!
Do I realize that the Loosertarians have no concept of what the founder realized: that morals and democracy go hand in hand, with out one there is no chance for the other....You bet.
Do I realize that America is a 2 party system and the best way to influence the directions of either party is from the inside....You bet!
Do I realize that Republicans are not perfect.....You bet!
Do I realize that people like you do nothing but try and pull down the Republicans at every turn, who are trying their best with the hand dealt, and in doing so you are out to hurt America.....You bet!

MS said the he thinks Condi is a very nice genteel lady.......but thinks she is way over her head and should be back at the University.
"We need a wartime consiliartory" who can handle the vicious sharks!
Thats what MS said and I am only repeating.......and thinking.
