When we discuss Clinton's Legacy (monica) we mean for what reason he will be primarily remembered.

When we discuss President Bush's Legacy, we mean how he successfully went after terrorists around the world.

You cannot change the definition of "legacy" for convenience, in this case a damned good illustration that well...means absolutely nothing in terms of Saddam's legacy.

For me, Saddam's legacy is that of hating America and all it stands for; spilling a lot of blood; mental instability; ending up in a spider hole... al-Sadr lives up to Saddam's legacy in my opinion.

"You cannot change the definition of "legacy" for convenience"

I did not, nor would I dare try to change the definition of "legacy." Of course I'm using a rather old dictionary, but it defines "legacy" as: 1. Money or other property left to a person by a will. 2. Something that has been handed down from an ancestor or predecessor.

None of these things apply according to the definition, but then, neither does your version of "legacy" apply. You, it seems, are the one who has tried to change the definition. And while there may be some other word she could have used instead of "legacy," there was no intellectual dishonesty either.
