I dunno. The latest Rasmussen poll on another thread looks bad for Bush. Kerry by 6. I am not overly optimistic here.

Don't worry. The polls reflect about a week and a half of depressing news from Iraq. After the marines have a few weeks to pave over some of the idiots causing the trouble in Iraq and Condi testifies, they will go up.

Kerry is putting his foot in his mouth again, in any event. Just listen to him flip flop on his views regarding al-Sadr's news paper. Kerry is his own worst enemy.

Cajun, its APRIL, and some insurgence are getting their arses smoked in Iraq.... November is 7 months away. Kerry has nothing, the real debate hasn't even started yet.

Yes, Iraq is going to be ugly for a while, probably very ugly up until the constitution taking effect and then some after that as well. This is nothing, this is like them talking about quagmire when the war was 7 days old.. same old song and dance.

Dean was their great white hope with alead going into Iowa caucus night... and we all know how that turned out.

The only poll that matters in the one in November. All that polls mean right now is a measure of how what is chosen as headlines for the nightly news are able to sway short term opinion.

Most people aren't even focussed on the election.. its spring, the sun is finally out and time to enjoy the day. If Kerry has a lead in September I'll be worried, but in April... please, its meaningless.
