I would use a thermo-nuclear device with a large yield and then follow up with bio-chem weapons and then douse the lamp with kerosene and kill grandma if she complained!

A... definitely A. Then I'd do "C" on the broken remnants of the lamp just to be sure the wasp dead. Then I'd wait for other wasps to show up and I'd repeat all of the above.
