Does no one on television realize that when we hand over the government on June 30, WE WILL STILL HAVE OUR MILITARY THERE?? I swear, I am so tired of this. The military will stay at the request of the interim government.
Everyone is actijng like on June 30 we are leaving!!!

That point does seem to be totally missed by many...including FReepers. The troop commitment is for at least 100,000 for the long term. We're not going anywhere at all. That said, we will still transition on June 30.

Obvously not and that presidential historian is just as bad.I understood the President when he said we aren't leaving.How else does one say it?
I understood it was not going to be easy.I knew a lot of precious blood would be spilled.It is a violent country accustomed to a ruthless leader.
God bless our armed forces and help those under fire at this time.Guide our President,arm our people with resolve.
