Dumb question about the World Trade Center supposedly being cordoned off with police-tape the night before the attacks. Is Karen SURE that nobody in the WH didn't have prior knowledge?

I'd say that is a dead solid certainty. LOL. No other place on earth could hatch one that goofey. Cordoned off with police tape.... Good Lord, what good would that have done ?
