I do not understand what people are thinking when they say he is conservative.

The only reason people say O'Reilly is a conservative is because he doesn't swoon and slobber over the Hollyweird assclowns like Clooney, Penn, Robbins, Madonna, etc. when they make jackasses of themselves with their idiotic anti-Bush and anti-America ravings. O'Reilly will actually call them on their stupid statements, unlike 99.9% of the rest of the mediots who just strap on the kneepads and screech like prepubescent girls at a boy-band concert. These days, that alone is enough to earn you the media pejorative of "conservative."

I agree, but I find this of little importance.

He does it to make people think he is conservative. He is far from it in reality.

But, I guess that is what makes ratings........also makes his show totally unimportant.IMO

(But I suppose I am preaching to the choir in this case:-)
