Can't a community decide these issues? Issues like strip clubs, adult book stores, prostitution, etc.? If they're violating someones' rights, sure. If not, the community members should settle them privately, via deed restrictions, boycotts, etc.
So you're saying that my little cozy city of 10,000 or 20,000 people can do nothing to stop a strip club from opening within the city limits?
That we can boycott it, but not stop people from the all surrounding areas to patronize it?
