Given the variety of hardware still floating around iraq, can we PUT a spectre over a combat area like this without signifigant risk to it?

I have my doubts that a 130-U over a large city like this would be risk free, at least on daylight service. On the other hand, I figure men in black are doing their maneuvering and logistics at night. With the U-130's infra red capabilities, I think 2 at a time over Falluga would give the Marines some good night movies to watch.
A couple of weeks of this would be hard on the nerves.
