I like your idea.. But these people just don't care.. And with their actions, they're passing it along to the next generation. What we need to do is two things. First is bring the animals to justice. Maybe bring in a guillotine. Second which will be a permanent fix. Bring each person in the family of the accused, and have them sterilized. No more breading.

Well we could not give them anymore breading........but it would probably be great if they were no longer breeding. :)
