I've never heard of that last one, but I love the Eastwood/spaghetti western trilogy. As well as "Once upon a time in America." Sergio rocks!

*Being a woman, I can definitely say...this guy has no idea how a womans' brain functions*
I don't know of anyone, male *or* female, who does.

I'M MASCULINE AND I'M OK! :) Hmmm...All caps and big print. Trying to hide some insecurity? Why not just show your feelings. It would be GOOD for you!
Well, if it's good to be feminist and shout it out loud, what's wrong with a man using big print to say the same?
Anyway, my folks taught me to be a gentleman and got about halfway there.
I won't have anything to do with a woman who does not want anything to to do with me.
I will defend a woman against bad guys at risk of my life. And I have done so.
Is that too "Masculine"?

Absurd. Extreme Islam's problems are rooted in a view of the world as an inherently dangerous place for the frail, "victimized" female, which is precisely the same as the radical feminists in the Western world see it. Both sides would vehemently deny this, of course, and they work towards different ends to "solve" this "problem," but the "woman-as-victim" motif is eerily identical in the inflamed rhetoric of both.

Does anyone remember the last winter Olympics? There was some judging scandal involving the (fake) sport of figure skating?
The situation was resolved by giving both teams gold medals. It was the triumph of female values.
WERE ALL WINNERS!
By the way, Ive skydived, I scuba and I own a sports car and a sport bike. Of course Im not married which is why I havent been saddle broke.

I prefer male anger unmanaged...au natural. We need more of the raw stuff, not the twisted manipulated pc version.
I think it is only a matter of time until this false paradigm of so called gender equality balance is thrown out the window by man or by God. It is a big fat lie being foisted by a socialist agenda.

I used violence. In fact, I broke a few bones.
So sue me.
I detect a bit of sarcasm in your posts.
I will set my position here and now.
1. I'm a Man and never will be anything else.
2. I like women, I mean whoof!
3. By the grace of early training, I am a gentleman (or half of one). I won't have anything to to do with an unwilling woman. What I will do with a willing woman is none of your business!
4. I will always defend the weak against the evil.
Is that good enough? If not, too bad for you.

Out of all the friends of my three daughters, I have heard "I have to have my meds for my ADHD" so many times, that I lost track. It is so over-diagnosed for both genders'. Just a catch all for people that don't want to accept blame for their lack of discipling their children. You are 100% correct. Our daughter is four years old so I've only been paying attention to parenting for that long. After watching the parenting style of our daughter's friends, its no wonder the schools stock up on Ritalin. The moms absolutely will not do anything other than verbally reprimand their kids. I can't tell you how many times I've heard "ok, Brandon, one ... two ... three..." then nothing happens. Well, what do you think the kids do? That's right, they totally ignore their parents! There is no reason for the kids to pay attention.
I'm not advocating beating kids or even spanking them (we've spanked our daughter a couple of times and it wasn't effective). What works is to physically remove the child from the situation. Of course, the scene created is embarassing but you only have to do it once or twice and your child gets the message (ie. Mom or Dad mean what they say). Instead, the moms we know are burned out, complain about their kids, and are generally miserable because their kids run them ragged.
Children aren't born knowing the proper way to behave in a civilized society. They need to be taught how to behave. They need to learn the boundaries. Naturally, they'll constantly probe the boundaries. That doesn't mean that they're intrinsically bad and need to be drugged into submission!
One final note and one that may ... may ... indicate that some sanity is returning to the child care profession. A neighbor had placed her boys in an "early intervention" program for pre-K. She thought they were learning disabled and borderline autistic. Our daughter had played with them a few times and I never really noticed anything wrong with them - they were quiet but not abnormal. Anyway, after a year the mom took them to a different doctor and complained that their behavior hadn't improved. The doctor said, "There is nothing wrong with your boys. Get them out of EI and pay attention to them. That's all they need."
Ok, I'll climb down from the soapbox now.

The Eastwood Trilogy is awesome. 'Duck Yoyu Sucker' was released in the USA as 'Fistful of Dynamtie' and is awesome also.
Once Upon A Time in the West and Once Upon a Time in America are classics.
Leone always knocked it out of the park. As much as I love FF Coppola's 'Godfather' films, I consider the greatest movie never made to be 'Sergio Leone's The Godfather.' Sergio almost made it - it was offered to him but he turned it down, I think to work on the protracted preproduction of 'Once Upon A Time in America.'
Viva Leone! ;-)

Fred is absolutely right. His thinking has been tending this way for years, and in this essay it reaches its peak of veracity. God bless him!--at least one real man, free-thinking and honest, still walks the face of Virginia.
I say this as a woman who is ashamed of many members of my whiny, silly, spoiled, chronically-frightened gender.

Ahhh, perceptive!
"1. I'm a Man

3. I am a gentleman
4. I will always defend the weak against the evil.
Is that good enough?"
Yes, Sir! Quite good enough for me. Never would I want it any other way.
