FRIDAY ON C-SPAN AT 2PM ET Sen. Kerry Outlines His Iraq Policy At Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, Democratic presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry (D-MA) discusses his proposed Iraq policy.

So just so I have this straight. Kerry gets invited by President Fletcher Lamkin to speak at Westminster after Mr. Lamkin said "surprised and disappointed that Mr. Cheney chose to step off the high ground and resort to Kerry-bashing for a large portion of his speech."
In that e-mail, Lamkin said he was extending an invitation to Kerry "in the interest of balance and fairness and integrity." for a "rebuttal" to what Cheney said about Kerry.

But that's NOT what Kerry will talk about. It seems now that this speech will be a BUSH-bashing speech that will revolve around the "Mission Accomplished." banner. Kerry to Criticize Bush's Policy in Iraq In Prepared Text, Kerry Says U.S. Has Not Stablized Situation in Iraq
