Asking Kerrey to "testify" about what the Bush's did. Kerrey won't answer that way.
Bush came in determined to re-write, but Condi says we maintained Clinton's policy. (Oh, were they supposed to change everything in 8 months?) Why didn't Bush attack for the Cole?! (Stupid!)
