Since the beginning of the year, 141,792 illegal immigrants have been caught in the Tucson sector, compared to 94,772 in the same period last year. I guess Vicente Fox didn't feel like making any of those reforms in Mexico so that some of it's citizens would stay home ---- it seems things are worse than ever, more people willing to die to leave their homeland.
I was going to ask how Fox gets away with it. I remember that no one cares about slaves in the Sudan either :(
