I was thinking the same thing. He emphasized the current and on-going threat. Perhaps we've learned something more about the group apprehended in the UK.

In downtown Cleveland, they cleared out the Justice Center due to a bomb threat. Over 2,000 people were milling around outside. I guess they were Democrats and too stupid to get in out of the rain. Oh well.

...UK...The English stand-in for Cavuto said today London authorities had conclusive evidence tying the Madrid bombing to those arrested in London.
He even went so far as to say the type of bomb materials were the same as those used in Oklahoma City. !!!
