I just read on World Net Daily that Judge Greer declined to find Michael Schiavo in contempt for withholding Terri's medical info from her parents. This all reeks so badly I can hardly stand it. That news, along with this incident, is overwhelming.

Terri's parents visit her like parents visit their children. They are not in the medical field. Something untoward happened yesterday and I wouldn't count on the Clearwater PD to be on the side of truth. Their boss is SAO Bernie McCabe who won't impanel a grand jury to look into this MESS. This is about MONEY AND POLITICS, not about Terri.

I just called the mayor's office of Clearwater. They gave me the police spokeman. He didn't answer, I left a voice message. I called the police, but was disconnected.
I want to know why the police are letting Michael take control of who visits Terri, instead of the police denying access to Michael and everyone else until this is cleared up. Michael has been accused before of using a hyperdermic needle on Terri by one of the nurses and should be the primary suspect, not the Schindlers. He was even the one who called the police, so obviously he was there to administer something to Terri. It's not the Schindler's who want her dead.

I've met Terri's real doctors who aren't allowed to treat her. They have MD's after their name, a neurologist and an internist. You must have read a post by a kill Terri re: her physicians.

Nope. I read a post from the Save Terri website detailing the miraculous progress Terri allegedly made courtesy of some quackery.

No doubt the Schiavos have some real doctors on their team, but they've also gotten some quacks on board a couple of times.

The key information in this article is that Bob Schindler says Terri was in street clothes sitting up when they left.  The article also says that Terri has been returned to the nursing home.

 

Lawyer: Puncture Wounds Found on Terri Schiavo's Arms

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - A severely brain-damaged woman in the center of a court battle over her end-of-life wishes was hospitalized briefly after workers at her Clearwater nursing home noticed puncture wounds on her arms, an attorney for the woman's husband said.

George Felos, the attorney representing Michael Schiavo, said the wounds - four on one arm, and one on the other - appeared to have been caused by a hypodermic needle. He said the marks and a purple needle cap in Terri Schiavo's gown were discovered after a 45-minute visit Monday by her parents, Bob and Mary Schindler.

"It appears that someone was either trying to inject Terri Schiavo with something or withdraw fluids from her," Felos said.

Clearwater police are investigating.

Terri Schiavo's father, Bob Schindler, told WTSP-TV in Tampa that nothing was wrong with his daughter when he left the hospice Monday afternoon. He said he did not insert a needle into his daughter's arms.

The Schindlers referred calls Tuesday to attorney George Tragos, who said it was "absurd" to suggest that her parents were somehow responsible.

"It's just another mean-spirited attack designed to get some judicial advantage," Tragos said.

Terri Schiavo, 40, was taken to the emergency room at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater Monday night where toxicology tests were negative, Felos said. She was later returned to the nursing home.

After the parents' visit, she was found in "a disheveled state," Felos said, with her feeding tube wrapped around her back and an allergy band pulled up very tight on her arm like a tourniquet.

Tragos said the Schindlers reported that Terri was clean, dressed in street clothes and sitting up when they left the facility Monday.

"I have no idea what happened, but it certainly is mysterious since we believe she was actually showing some improvement," Tragos said.

Michael Schiavo has ordered that his wife will have no visitors until the police complete their investigation.

Monday afternoon, Circuit Judge George Greer denied a motion filed by the Schindlers seeking to have Michael Schiavo defend himself in a hearing against charges that he is not sharing sufficient medical information about his wife with her parents.

The Schindlers say he has violated a 1996 court order requiring him to share the information. He countered that he has shared sufficient information with them through attorneys, which he said is the accepted protocol.

Terri Schiavo has been in what court-appointed doctors call a "persistent vegetative state" for 14 years. Schiavo's husband says she once told him she would not want to be on life support. Her parents say otherwise.

Michael Schiavo won a court order to remove a feeding tube in October, but the state Legislature quickly passed a law that allowed Gov. Jeb Bush to order the tube reinserted.

Michael Schiavo claimed the law was unconstitutional and has sued the governor. That case is pending.

When Terri collapsed, he called Terri's dad and said that Terri was dead. I think he called the cops and told them that Terri was dead which is why they listed Terri as a "homocide" case. However, much to everyone's surprise back then, Terri WASN'T DEAD. That speaks of pre-meditation to me. He thought she was dead that night.

Park Place Assisted Living, Drew St, Clearwater, Florida where the bedsores, teeth missing, oily hair and puncture wounds began. I hate to say it, but Hospice treated Terri better than that when they weren't actively killing her.

PARK PLACE IS A REALLY BIG FACILITY where it would be easy for Michael to engage an employee to look the other way. Since Michael is the guardian, he can actually be in the room alone with Terri. Is it possible that Michael staged the whole thing while wearing gloves and then had someone get the Clearwater PR involved? I wouldn't be surprised if Michael knew WHICH DETECTIVE TO CALL. It's so corrupt here.

Clearwater Police Dept. have jurisdiction but I don't know the number. That would be for either Morton Plant Hospital or Park Place Assisted Living. Hospice Woodside was Pinellas Park PD. They're all under SAO Bernie McCabe who won't accept calls re: Terri.

Judge Greer denied the Schindler's Motion for Contempt because he deemed that Terri's Mom's Affidavit was "hearsay" evidence, not direct. THAT'S B.S. WHERE'S THE DCF who are supposed to protect Floridians who are being neglected? Oh, I remember. They were paid off by Judge Greer with a campaign refund back in 1998.

The speaker said he had warned, "If you don't get up and get out of there, you're going to die there."

"He was ecstatic when I told him what Terri had tried to do," Schindler said.

The ADAM Autistic Internet Program

FV-what I don't understand is how do LE, Greer, AG et al benefit from Terri's death. I understand the agenda of Felos and MS. What I can't understand is the motivation of all these other entities going along. Is the agenda of killing "useless eaters" so strong amongst so many? I'm so upset about these developments I can't think straight.
