FReeper John Moran (who posted as BCM - Battalion commander Moran) died at the World Trade Center. His brother Mike, FReeper RoyalIA, stood on stage at the concert for New York and challenged Osama bin Laden for the world to see. "Osama bin Laden, you can kiss my royal Irish ass." I wrote a song immediately, FReeper Vetnet saw it and helped me do a rewrite and polish it. He then put together a group and recorded it. It has been played around the world.

Last year on a trip to New York, I was able to get together with Mike and a bunch of FReepers for some serious beer drinking at a tavern. I'm coming back to NY probably at the end of April or early in June. Anyone up for a reply of a great event?

I have always said, everyone should be made to go to New York for a day, just to make you realize how good you have it where you live.

Keep me posted as to the exact dates. End of April I believe I (or Wife) will be along with the high school band on a trip to Disney but June might work for me. But if yunz gonna do some drinkin' n singin' let me know!
