"No editing" is impossible unless she pays for the TV time herself.

I like Rice, but I think we need a stronger offense ASAP. The opposition seems to be going for the jugular this time around. And Republicans are notoriously polite.

Thank you very much.

Not true.
POTUS is not edited on MTP.
Russert leaves the tape running.
Thank you very much.

Perhaps too polite. The local newspaper carried a picture of a pro-homosexual marriage advocate standing in front of the Massachusetts state capitol surrounded by anti-homosexual marriage supporters. Needless to say, you would not see the reverse happening. At best, an anti-homosexual marriage supporter would be verbally harassed and shoved out of a pro-homosexual marriage assemblage.

Playing by the Marquis of Queensbury rules does not work when you compete in the World Wrestling Federation. For all her vaunted genius, Condoleeza Rice was stupid in acceding to Ed Bradley's interview. (Let's face facts. Bradley was chosen as the interviewer because he was black. A white male interviewer who did something other then throw softballs would have brought charges of racism.) Even more stupid was the White House not intercepting Ms. Rice before she accepted the interview.
