She almost certainly did much better than 60 Minutes would EVER have let us see. What made it to the airwaves was weak considering the case we KNOW she could have made, and probably did make.
At any rate, the transcript IS up on the CBS site and even leftcoasters can have full access to exactly what was actually said, missteps and all.

It's maddening to hear this repeated ad-nauseum, as I'm sure it's a misguided inference on Woodward's part rather than a direct quote.
