May I just add as a point of personal policy that when I am pulled over- it's rare but hey it happens- I keep my hands in sight and don't make sudden moves.

When the cop asks for my license, I tell him where it is and announce I'm going to reach for it. When he asks for registration, same thing.

It makes the process go alot smoother, no one's nervous, and it has nothing to do with me being armed or not.

I think this lady's a little...mmm... special.
