Is it just me, or is she either extremely dense or just inarticulate?

Gets my vote, she seem to get lost when she wanders from her talking points.

Tie her hands down and she couldn't speak at all. Are those claws or nails hanging around her neck?

No, not just you. She is pompous, smug and has that liberal way of looking like she knows more than she does--more than the interviewees in fact. She knows nothing except the daily talking points and appears incapable of deviating from this.

RE: "Actionable Intelligence"

Suppose there's a ship at sea, bound for the U.S. with a nuclear warhead on board.

The CIA spots it 200 miles offshore and reports its location to the president. Rather than order a missile strike, the president demands that CIA operatives must get to the ship, board it without being seen, and poison the ship's cheese doodle supply. He's told there's not enough time to do that.

I guess that would be a "lack of actionable intelligence" in Gorelick's book.
